The new development phase of Bartók Court - phase 'A' - was completed in Q3 2019 where we offer outstanding quality efficient office spaces. Currently, also the next phase of Bartók Court II - phase 'BC' - is under preparation. The building can accomodate pre-lease agreements for a total of 20 000 sq m category ’A+’ office space as well as leases for category ’B’ rental spaces in other part of the complex, even in short-term agreements.
About Bartók Court II:
Similarly to the previously constructed buildings, InfoGroup lays great emphasis on high-quality implementation and the creation of an elegant working environment during the development of the second phase of Bartók Court. The "A+"-category office building complex is characterised by high-standard architectural solutions, thus also favourably impacting the appearance of its environs.
The office building provides office space of 28 000 sq m on 8 floors. The Groundfloor area of the building contains the central reception and an imposing lobby area with spacious interior.
