Completed in 2010, Népliget Center is a contemporary, modern office complex offering 26,000 sqm of gross leasable area in its three towers on the busy Könyves Kálmán körút. The building outperforms in numerous green building certification criteria, and has been endorsed by the EU GreenBuilding Programme of the European Commission’s Directorate General for its outstanding energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. In 2011, Népliget Center received the CIJ ESSA (Environmental, Social and Sustainability) Award to acknowledge its overall performance and operational excellence.
