Refined design solutions ensure that Millennium Tower III is aesthetically harmonized with the second phase of the project, thus assuring the three Millennium Tower office Buildings a unified appearance. The building was designed by pro Architectura and FiABci award winner architect Bence Vadász. The Tower handed over in 2008 offers 20,000 sqm of first-class office space suitable for open-space or celled arrangements on 8 floors, with 2,500 sqm per floor. One of the tenants of Millennium Tower III office building is the corporate finance specialist Morgan stanley, which has set up its global service and technological headquarters in the building.


Access:

Millennium Towers is located in the center of Budapest, on the banks of the Danube. The office buildings here are quickly and easily accessible from anywhere in the city by both public transport and car. The buildings are located along the most important road on the south bank of the Danube, Soroksári út, in the area bordered by the main transport routes of Pest, the quay, the grand boulevard and the Hungária ring road. Trams 4 and 6 running along the grand boulevard, HÉV to Csepel Island, several bus stops at the border of the plot, and there are direct stops for trams 2 and 24 to the heart of the city center. From the Millennium Towers, the M5 motorway, the M0 ring road can be reached by car in 5 minutes, and the M1 and M7 motorways can be reached in 10 minutes via the latter and the Petőfi and Rákóczi bridges. Liszt Ferenc International Airport is 15 minutes away.
