Completed in 2010, Népliget Center is a contemporary, modern office complex offering 26,000 sqm of gross leasable area in its three towers on the busy Könyves Kálmán körút. The building outperforms in numerous green building certification criteria, and has been endorsed by the EU GreenBuilding Programme of the European Commission’s Directorate General for its outstanding energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. In 2011, Népliget Center received the CIJ ESSA (Environmental, Social and Sustainability) Award to acknowledge its overall performance and operational excellence.
These factors of sustainable performance all played an important role when the tenants decided about the new location of their headquarters, hence choosing an energy-efficient building in an up-and-coming office location was an evident and optimal decision for them.
