The two phased complex will physically form one building with a total leasable area of about 26,200 square meters, while the first building, Phase I consists of 6,600 while Phase II offers 19,600 square meters of modern office spaces. 

This newest ERSTE office project located on Váci corridor, the main office corridor of Budapest. Tenants will be able to use a three–level underground car park with 404 parking places and there will be bicycle racks with changing rooms and showers for cyclists, fitted for their convenience.

With its unique architectural features and sustainable solutions, Nordic Light will be a great addendum to the Hungarian capital’s growing green building portfolio. The building performed exceptionally well in all sustainability criteria of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design international green building certification system: sustainable site, water efficiency, energy efficiency, protection of the ozone layer and atmosphere, materials, indoor environmental quality, innovation and design. Nordic Light received the Gold level certification for core and shell and the final certification will be obtained during the first year of operation.
