The building features a 24/7 reception service, passenger elevator, freight elevator, loading ramp, guest parking, common areas, and spaces with a variety of atmospheres. You can find clean office-style spaces, characterful artist studios, industrial-style interiors, and easily adaptable storage areas.

Rental fees:

• Below 99 m²: €10/m² + VAT
• Above 100 m²: €8/m² + VAT

Storage spaces:

• €4–6/m² + VAT

Service charge:

• €4/m² + VAT

Common area factor:

• 15%

Short-term rentals are also possible for film shoots, photography, exhibitions, workshops, or other cultural events – based on a tailored offer.
