Located in the immediate vicinity of the Könyves Kálmán Boulevard – Soroksári Road – Rákóczi Bridge junction, the Lurdy House Shopping and Office Center offers offices with excellent value for money to its existing and prospective tenants, along with easy accessibility.

Lurdy House’s Sustainability Efforts in the Context of ESG Criteria
During the comprehensive redevelopment of Lurdy House, completed in 2025, special priority was given to implementing investments that promote sustainable operations in line with contemporary expectations.
Supporting this goal, a solar power investment with a total capacity of 2×350 kW was completed in the spring of 2025, significantly contributing to the transition toward green energy–supported operation. At the same time, all lighting fixtures in the building, including those in the surface parking areas, were replaced with LED lighting, and where relevant, motion sensors were installed to further enhance energy savings.
Thanks to the mechanical and heat pump system upgrade completed at the end of 2025, the heating and cooling of tenant areas can now be managed more energy-efficiently, particularly during transitional seasons (spring and autumn), allowing simultaneous heating and cooling with tenant-level control.
We place great emphasis on sustainable investments and developments, reducing communal waste, engaging and collaborating with tenants, and developing procurement guidelines that incorporate ESG principles.
The characteristics of Lurdy House also support the “S” (Social) dimension of ESG efforts by offering various tenant comfort services and creating opportunities for a diverse working environment (leisure, wellness, and recreational services, community spaces, etc.).

Intelligent building management system and air quality control, use of renewable energy sources, LED lighting, on-site tenant comfort and convenience services (sports, leisure, health, and recreation facilities), BREEAM In-Use “Very Good” certification (March 2026), Access4You Silver certification, selective waste collection, Indoor relaxation terraces, Implementation of paperless parking (Q1 2026), dog-friendly office building.
