Corvin Skypark is an irregularly shaped central free-standing building organised in a public courtyard. On 21.11.2016, the office building was granted the occupancy and maintenance permit. The official inauguration took place on 9 May 2017.
The building, with two levels below ground and eight above ground, is organised around three cores and was designed by Zoboki-Demeter and Partners Architects. The building provides the most advanced working environment for the tenants, both in terms of design and electrical capacity (dual electrical feed to ensure a continuous supply of electrical energy to the laboratory), thus meeting the specific needs of Nokia Networks.
The western and eastern facades face János Bókay Street and Szigony Street, while the southern facade faces the fifth office development of the Corvin project. The office building is accessed from the north side of Práter utca, from Szigony utca and from the south side through the square that has been opened to the public. The underground car park and the parking garage can be accessed from Práter utca. A total of 458 parking spaces in the underground car park and the multi-storey car park are available for the convenience of the tenants.
The office building meets the requirements of a category "A" office building in all respects, its technical condition and quality are excellent. 


Access:

The property is located in the 8th district of Budapest, between the „Nagykörút” and Orczy út, which is typically a mixed-use area.
