Our business center in Budapest provides fully furnished and flexible office solutions tailored to your changing business needs in a premium A+ category office building, called Roosevelt 7/8, set against the beautifully restored historic backdrop of Széchenyi Square and the River Danube.
We offer fully furnished and equiped offices from 1 pax (8-10 sqm) upto 100 people, from 1 hour to 1 year depending on your changing business needs (pls see attached a short description, the floorplan and some pictures of the building). We will also provide meeting room facilities with the necessary technical equipments and catering arrangements from 2 upto 60 people for your smaller project meetings or larger tranings and partner gatherings.

- Virtual Office : Price from EUR 79,- per month
- Meeting Room : Price from EUR 3, - per hour / person (includes coffee / tea / projector) – capacity from 4 to 60 pax conference rooms
- Business Privilege : Price from EUR 129,- /159 (you get 5 or 10 days access to private office a month)
Our services include:
- fully equipped and furnished offices, meeting rooms;
- all utility costs (water, electricity, heating, A/C, etc.);
- facility management (cleaning, maintanance, etc.);
- secretarial support (call and mailhandling service, registered business address, etc.);
- high speed BW and colour MFP printer and other office equipments (laminator, papercutter, binder, shredder, stb.)
- built-in structured cabling (Cat6) and server room;
- unlimited broadband internet access;
- fully euipped kitchen, unlimited access to coffee and tea.
The only thing you need to do is to select your preferred office, sign the agreement, pay the deposit and you can move in straight away. You just have to bring your computer because we took care of everything else!
